The flight itself was fine, nothing major to complain about there. But the onboard service felt slow and not super friendly 😕 I had to ask twice just to get some water, and the crew seemed either really busy or kind of annoyed. I expected a bit more from this airline.

The meals were okay, but nothing I’d get excited about. The drinks took longer than I expected, and the coffee wasn’t very good, which was a bit disappointing. The snacks were decent though, so that helped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but for a long flight, I’d say it was average and not the best value.

Boarding did feel a little slow for some reason, but once we were on, everything seemed to move along. Not much else to complain about, and I’d probably fly with them again.

I went to the counter expecting someone to actually help, but they barely seemed to care and just told me to fill out a form. That’s not support, that’s passing the problem back to the customer. Really disappointing and not at all what I expected.
